The point at which a TIE becomes compulsory
Any non-EU national whose stay in Spain runs beyond six months — whether for work, study, family reasons or non-lucrative residence — must obtain a TIE once their visa or residence authorisation has been granted.
The fingerprint visit (toma de huellas)
You reserve a "toma de huellas" appointment, show up in person carrying your photographs, the EX-17 form and proof the fee is paid, leave your fingerprints, and return a few weeks afterwards to collect the finished card.
In Palma
Most the tie residence card requests across Mallorca pass through the Palma office. We know exactly what they ask for — and we accompany you, whether you live in central Palma or out in Establiments.
